These guidelines help maintain accuracy and consistency with written communication when using EverPeak® trademarks. Details on EverPeak's current trademarked phrases can be found below.

USAGE GUIDELINES

Trademark symbols only need to be included with the first mention of the trademarked word or phrase on any particular piece of collateral. Subsequent uses of the trademarked word or phrase can simply use the correct capitalization. For example, after the registered trademark symbol is used with the first mention of EverPeak on a flier, all other mentions of EverPeak on the flier do not need to include the registered trademark symbol.

How to write the ® and ™ symbols

Registered trademark symbol ®: On a PC, press and hold ALT then press 0, followed by 1, 7, 4. You will get ®. On a Mac, press R while holding the Option key (ALT).

Trademark symbol ™: On a PC, press and hold ALT+0153. On a Mac, hold the Option key and press 2.

EVERPEAK TRADEMARKS AND USAGE

The registered trademark symbol (®) should be used with the first mention of EverPeak and is included as part of the EverPeak logo.
