Brad Korb
Brad Korb brings more than 25 years of experience in sales excellence and distribution management to build EverPeak’s national agency network from scratch. Moving beyond transactional sales, he fosters personalized partnerships and empowers sales teams and agencies to thrive in competitive markets. Under his leadership, the broker network has expanded from double digits to nearly 1,300 agencies.
Korb joined EverPeak in 2024, drawn by the challenge of shaping a national sales force and agency footprint from its early stages. Previously, Korb served for seven years as Regional Vice President of Sales & Distribution at Grange Insurance and spent nearly a decade at Liberty Mutual, where he managed complex sales operations. He is a recognized expert in sales effectiveness, known for his ability to scale national footprints while maintaining a localized curiosity required to understand how an individual agency truly operates.
Korb holds a BA from The Ohio State University and studied Economics at Allegheny College. He famously completed his CPCU designation in just 18 months. A dedicated fan of Buckeye athletics and murder mysteries, he would likely be found serving as a docent in a major art museum if he weren't leading national sales.
