Vijay Ramanikumar

Vijay Ramanikumar defines the technical vision and infrastructure powering EverPeak’s real-time insurance platform. As Chief Technology Officer, he is dismantling the structural inefficiencies of traditional commercial insurance through a human-centered technical model. By engineering a high-precision "decision layer," he has replaced manual underwriting bottlenecks with intelligent automation.

Since 2025, Vijay’s data-driven approach has transformed operational workflows, most notably through an industry-leading NAICS Mapping engine. By using high-fidelity data to validate business classifications instantly, he has effectively eliminated the audit surprises and premium adjustments that traditionally plague brokers.

Vijay’s 22-year career includes leading massive data migrations and technical transformations at Amazon, as well as senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments specializing in cloud-native architecture and AI. His technical philosophy was forged as a Research Assistant at NASA, where he learned that speed without validation is simply a faster way to fail. Vijay holds an MBA from Cornell and dual Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. When he’s not re-architecting insurance, he’s a lifelong fan of cricket.
