Brendan Walsh
Brendan Walsh oversees the strategic management of insurance, reinsurance and other risk capital solutions to support the growth of the EverPeak portfolio. With more than 20 years in the industry, Walsh brings specialized experience at the intersection of property casualty risk and capital. As Head of Risk Capital, he is responsible for curating the program structures and long-term partnerships required for EverPeak’s national scale.
By delivering strong partnerships from diverse capital sources, he provides the financial anchor that enables the sales and underwriting teams to deliver on EverPeak’s value proposition to customers with confidence.
Since 2017, Walsh has played a key role in building EverPeak’s foundational infrastructure. During this time at Attune Insurance, one of EverPeak’s legacy organizations, he helped launch one of the industry’s first fully automated small business owners programs by sourcing partnerships with leading carriers and reinsurers.
Prior to his leadership at EverPeak, Walsh held senior roles at Marsh and Guy Carpenter, where he served as a Client Executive and treaty reinsurance broker. His background in complex treaty negotiations and commercial broking brings relevant expertise to support EverPeak’s mission to serve the hardest working businesses.
Walsh holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Georgetown University. He is an active member of the Target Markets Program Administrators Association.
Outside of work, he is a wine enthusiast, skier, golfer and platform tennis player, and enjoys spending time with his three children.
