Megan Martyn

Vice President, Sales & Distribution

Megan Martyn leads national sales and distribution at EverPeak Insurance, driving strategy and execution across all 50 states with a focus on high-impact independent agency, wholesale and national account partnerships. She oversees growth across small business, middle market and large account segments at Method Insurance, one of EverPeak’s legacy organizations. This includes overseeing the staffing program, outside and inside sales teams, national accounts, strategic partnerships and revenue and sales operations teams.

Martyn has played a key role in expanding EverPeak’s specialty capabilities, recently helping build and launch a dozen additional specialty programs this year. Known for a results-driven and people-first approach, she aligns distribution, underwriting and operations to deliver consistent, profitable growth. She has been instrumental in leading the organization through significant transformation, including rebuilding the sales foundation following the Risk Exchange acquisition and guiding the integration of Method into the unified EverPeak platform.

Martyn brings more than a decade of carrier and MGA experience, including a formative tenure at Liberty Mutual, where she completed the Executive Development Program and held leadership roles spanning claims, operations, project management, distribution and customer service. She went on to lead sales and service across captive, independent agent and wholesale brokerage channels, earning multiple President’s Club honors. Martyn joined Method in 2023 to scale its business development function and continues to play a vital role in positioning the organization for national growth within the unified EverPeak family.

Martyn holds an MBA with distinction from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. Outside of work, Megan is a proud mom of three who shares her passion for travel with her family and is on a mission to experience six continents with them.
