Chris Daley

Chris Daley oversees EverPeak's alternative risk and specialized program divisions. With over 30 years of industry tenure, Daley designs the sophisticated risk-sharing structures that make insurance more accessible for businesses in hard-to-place sectors. By fostering carrier partnerships and utilizing alternative capital, he ensures that EverPeak remains a stable, long-term home for specialized risks across the country.

Since early 2026, Daley has leveraged his experience with MGA strategy, program insurance, reinsurance and captives to expand EverPeak’s program footprint, maintaining eight active MGA carrier partnerships, demonstrating market trust in EverPeak’s ability to executive. 

Before joining EverPeak, Daley founded and scaled Risk Exchange (REX), and served as President of Method Insurance Services, Managing Director at Markel Corporation, and held senior leadership roles at AON and General Re.

Daley earned his BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He serves on the boards of Salus Re and the Greg Donsbach Memorial Foundation, and is a member of the Target Markets Program Administrators Association. If he weren’t a strategy executive, Daley would likely be found at Wrigley Field, channeling his love for the Cubs into a second career as a stadium vendor.
