Patrick Daley

Patrick Daley has joined EverPeak as Chief Underwriting Officer bringing more than 25 years of progressive P&C leadership across carrier, MGA, and reinsurance organizations.

Most recently Head of Glatfelter Underwriting Services, Patrick has also held Chief Underwriting Officer roles at GuideOne Insurance and Zurich North America's Global Corporate business, along with senior underwriting leadership positions at The Hartford and Swiss Re.

At EverPeak, Patrick will build on the company's foundation of more than 110 years of underwriting expertise from Pinnacol, extending that depth of knowledge to deliver fast, reliable, and affordable coverage for small businesses across the U.S., including those with complex risk profiles that have traditionally been underserved. His focus will be on advancing EverPeak's underwriting philosophy, expanding product capabilities across BOP, general liability, and property, and scaling a technology-enabled platform through automation and underwriting modernization.

Patrick holds an MBA from DePaul University's Kellstadt School of Business, a BS from Wake Forest University, and the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
