Michaela Morrison

Michaela Morrison is responsible for the strategic oversight of EverPeak’s core product line and the management of capital partnerships that anchor the company’s stability. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in AI-driven operations optimization, integrating complex technology with human-led underwriting to remove friction for brokers and business owners.

Morrison’s reputation as a change leader was forged as COO of Method Insurance, where she successfully managed the operational integration following the Risk Exchange acquisition. Her background includes 13 years at Markel, where she progressed through several roles to Digital Products Director, leading the transition toward tech-driven commercial lines. This rare combination of frontline operations and digital strategy allows her to build the scalable, frictionless frameworks that define the EverPeak experience.

A graduate of Creighton University with both a BA and an MBA, Morrison is a dedicated mentor with Global Insurance Accelerator, and remains active in Target Markets and NCCI. Outside of the office, Morrison is a self-described insurance nerd on a mission to visit all 50 states before her oldest child graduates high school.
